Choose water instead of sugary drinks. Add a slice of lemon for taste. Try baking or broiling rather than frying. Eat more Fruits and Veggies Cut out Pork and all pork byproducts(Jello, gummy bears, gelatin)

Green Smoothie 1/2 cup kale 1/2 cup spinach 1 cup pineapple 1/2 cup coconut water Put in blender and mix
BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS 2 bananas ⅓ cup walnuts 1 cup milk For use with Kuvuings juicer DIRECTIONS Peel the bananas. Cut as needed to fit the juicer's chute. Close the juicer's smart cap. Pour milk into the juicer. While the juicer is running, slowly add a piece of banana, then a few walnuts. Continue alternating ingredients. Allow the juicer to process the ingredients one small portion at a time. Open the smart cap to release the smoothie. Serve immediately. I put all ingredients in my Vitamix and blend

1 cup plant based milk ( I use coconut milk, but use what you want) 1 avocado or banana (I like frozen, it room temp add ice) 2 tablespoons of cacao powder 1 teaspoon maple syrup Put all ingredients in blender and mix

1-2 frozen banana 1 cup of spinach or kale (frozen or room temp) 1 cup plant based milk( for this one I use almond milk, but use whatever as long as it is plant based) 3-4 teaspoons of liquid sweetener (maple syrup, agrave, honey, what ever you want) 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds Put in a blender and mix
