BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • ⅓ cup walnuts
  • 1 cup milk

For use with Kuvuings juicer

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel the bananas. Cut as needed to fit the juicer's chute.
  2. Close the juicer's smart cap. 
  3. Pour milk into the juicer. While the juicer is running, slowly add a piece of banana, then a few walnuts. Continue alternating ingredients. Allow the juicer to process the ingredients one small portion at a time.
  4. Open the smart cap to release the smoothie. Serve immediately.

 

 I put all ingredients in my Vitamix and blend
