The Cycle Smoothie

1-2 frozen banana

1 cup of spinach or kale (frozen or room temp)

1 cup plant based milk( for this one I use almond milk, but use whatever as long as it is plant based)

3-4 teaspoons of liquid sweetener (maple syrup, agrave, honey, what ever you want)

1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds

 

Put in a blender and mix
